PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

I love sharing feedback, it helps my small business grow. Should you leave a public review online there is a chance I will share it on social media. This will usually be done by sharing your post directly or screenshotting and posting it to the page.

Our rights to you
It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact us.
All prices on the website are correct at the time of ordering, our 'PPD special offer' section will offer discounted products and may be removed from sale at any time. We now have to charge VAT. Our VAT registration number is 400569521
Current dispatch time is four weeks. If you have not received your order after 7 days of your dispatch email sending please contact us so we can resolve it for you. Royal Mail do not class mail as lost until 15 working days so on occasion we may wait until that time has passed before refunding your order.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. The cost for UK orders is as follows: £4 for standard UK delivery, Worldwide is a flat rate of £30.
Our badges all have safety backs however we also offer super safe (plastic pinned backs) at no extra cost so please request that in order notes. Keep all products out of reach of children.
Your right to cancel
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. Please email us stating the date you ordered, your order number and full name along with a signature.
If you are unhappy for any reason please contact us so we can resolve this for you. If you would like a refund please contact us and we can arrange for you to send them back to us. This has to be received 14 days from the date you have received your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds for custom orders, for example anything you have personalised. If you change your mind we are happy to refund you on non personalised orders, please note that we do not offer refunds on your postage cost unless the order is faulty.

Please proof read your personalised orders before placing them, we cannot be held responsible for anything mispelt by you after making the order. If you notice a mistake please contact us as soon as you realise so we can ensure the correct order goes out.
We package our orders very carefully however sometimes parcels can get damaged in transit. If this happens please contact us in the first instance so we can offer a replacement to you. We may ask you to send them back or we may ask for photographs instead and then we will action a replacement for you.
Free products special offers
At times we offer free products. If you order a product that benefits from a free product eg a notebook and a free pen you cannot use this against another free product. You will only receive one product for free.
